Renovation of a retail development in Bay Shore, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,500-square-foot retail development.

Remove and replace existing roof with Carlisle .060 black EPDM fully adhered roof system Contractor will provide all Necessary labor, material, equipment, safety equipment, and insurance to complete the following scope of work. Crane to off-load all debris into dumpsters and load all equipment and materials to the work area. Contractor will remove the existing stone ballast and dispose of as general construction debris. Contractor will remove the existing built-up roofing down to existing concrete deck and dispose of as general construction debris. Contractor will remove existing metal coping on the parapet walls and dispose of as general construction debris. Contractor will inspect the existing wood blocking and replace any deteriorating wood to match existing. Contractor will install new tapered insulation, sloped towards existing roof drains. New insulation will be attached to the existing concrete deck using a two-part foam adhesive as per manufacturers specs Contractor will install a new 1/2 inch cover board over the new tapered insulation using a two part foam adhesive as per manufacturers specs. Contractor will install a new .060 black EPDM roof fully adhered to the new cover board using a CAV grip adhesive as per manufacturers specs.
