This project includes the following general scope of work: o Approximately 240 linear feet of 1.5" HDPE low pressure sewer and associated appurtenances o Approximately 480 linear feet of 2" HDPE low pressure sewer and associated appurtenances o Approximately 21 low pressure service connections o Installation of two (2) terminal flushing connections o Underground utility location o Maintenance of traffic o Installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls o Gravel access road restoration o Paved driveway restoration o Vegetative soil stabilization All questions shall be asked using the question & answer feature via OpenGov Procurement by 3:30 pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Cecil County, Maryland reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. All contract awards are based upon budgetary constraints The completion time for this Contract shall be a maximum of 40 work days and shall begin on the actual start date of the Project as per "Notice to Proceed".
