This solicitation is to provide BioWatch Field Operations Monitoring Services for the Broward County Natural Resources Division in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. Rate per hour for Field Support Services (minimum of two staff on each field operations day), in accordance with the specifications and requirements. Contract duration: 1 year Contract renewal: 4 annual renewals Question Deadline 01/17/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The BioWatch Field Monitoring program is funded by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through a Cooperative Agreement with Broward County, and Grant Award No. 06OHBIO00013, refer the Specification and Requirements for additional information. Broward County is collecting entity ownership information for Vendors. This is for informational purposes only and the data will be used for Broward County's research on possible contracting opportunity disparities. The forms will be maintained separately from all other records of this solicitation and will be accessible only by authorized personnel. The information provided will not be used in determining whether the Vendor will receive a contract award. The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope.
