Clark County Land Reutilization Corporation seeks a General Contractor to construct 1 New AFFORDABLE 'BUILDERS GRADE' Starter Home on a residential lot owned by the Clark County Land Reutilization Corporation located at 604 West Madison Street, New Carlisle, OH 45344, The successful bidder, on a lump sum basis, shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for all trades necessary to complete construction in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manual, Drawings, and the provisions of the Request for Bids Package . All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, or cashier's check equal to 10% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond in the amount equal to 100% of the bid award and if bidder fails to post same, the bid guaranty shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Checks of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately after bid award is made. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
