The 2024 project consists of the CIPP Lining of 14,350 LF of 10-24 sanitary sewers and 140 LF of 12 storm sewer. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the operations do not interfere with the functioning of the sewer, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid, payable without condition to the Township of Macomb as security for the acceptance of this contract. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive defects in the bids, and to make the award as may appear to be to the best interest of the OWNER.
