The project is expected to be awarded on February 21, 2024.** Riverton City started a program in 2015 requiring all new developments within the City to install secondary water meters. The City has committed to install secondary water meters on all existing secondary services within the boundaries of the City. The installation of the secondary meters was divided into three construction seasons, with multiple project areas assigned to each season. This Invitation to Bid is for the third season, which begins with this invitation and will run through the construction season of 2024. Riverton City reserves the right to award multiple contracts, meaning to award different project areas to different Contractors; therefore, interested contractors are invited to bid on any, or all, of the project areas defined for the third season, known as the Secondary Water Meter Installation Project - Phase 3. Depending on the capabilities, confidence, and capacity of resources, each contractor is invited to provide bids for one, or more, of the defined project areas. The project areas and specific project requirements are outlined in the bid package including plans and specifications. Each potential contractor must meet the criteria outlined in the bid package and must be able to demonstrate qualifications and the ability to perform the work as described in the bid package.
