Renovation of a municipal facility in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of existing aluminum fixed ribbon windows at SOM Office building with new energy efficient aluminum fixed ribbon windows. Associated exterior work includes repairs to deteriorated mortar joints (at 1st floor only) and replacement of deteriorated joint sealants in areas within 4' distance below all windowsill frames. Window replacement includes all trim, flashing, sealants, temporary removal and reinstallation of existing window blinds, temporary removal of existing plastic laminated sills, removal of all existing sound baffles materials and replacement with new extruded aluminum trim forming new baffles and packed with sound insulation in baffle cavity. Interior painting and any repairs to finishes disturbed by the contract work is included in the scope. Furnishing and maintaining weather-, sound- and dust- protection barriers are required and shall be included in this project work scope. Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
