The Seward County Ag. Society is accepting bids for audio/ visual upgrades to Harvest Hall located on the Seward County Fairgrounds. Seward County Ag. Society reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. 1 - 8500 lumens laser projector with warranty 1 - Long throw power zoom lens 1 - Projector mount with pole/ceiling mount; if current mount doesn't suffice 1 - Hdbaset Scaler/switcher with RK-1BT rack kit 1 - Wall control for projector on/off with volume control 1 - HDMI wall plate 2 - 1 in 4 out hdbaset splitter with RK-1BT 4 - Hdbaset receiver to HDMI (tv locations) 1 - Sequential Power Conditioner 1 - Mixer/system processor 1 - Power amplifier with dsp/limiting 1 - Poe switch 750 ft. Cat 6e cable 300 ft. 454 mic line 400 ft. 226 W 14 gauge power wire 1 - Audio speaker in sound room with on/off switch (cable and line not listed above) Cables, connectors, mic jacks, panels Miscellaneous supplies Rigging Installation mileage (if any) Installation labor, calibration, training
