Site Address: 725 Hwy 87 East Site Directions: City of Billings Water Reclamation Facility, 725 Hwy 87 East, Billings, MT 59101 The project generally consists of: Replacing the membrane roofing, coping, flashing, roof drains, tie-off points and miscellaneous components on the Solids Process at the City of Billings Water Reclamation Facility. For further information concerning this project, please contact Jeremy Hauge at the Office of the City Engineer, 2224 Montana Ave., Billings, MT 59101, by telephone at (406) 237-6158 or by email at haugej@billingsmt.gov. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Billings, MT in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
