Purchase of the products generally described as approximately 1500 trees of diameters varying between 1 and 3 inches for the Owners. All proposals for the purchase of the Products shall be made only on the blank Proposal form attached to this Request for Proposals. All proposals should have all pages, and pages 1, 4, 5, and Attachment B completed; Page 5 must be signed by an authorized official. Proposals that contain omissions, erasures, alterations, or additions not called for, conditional or alternative bids unless called for, or that contain irregularities of any kind may be rejected. This is a joint Request for Proposals with the City of Highland Park, the City of Lake Forest and the Park District of Highland Park. The program includes the purchasing of approximately over fifteen-hundred trees of diameters varying between 1 and 3 inches. The program does not include tree planting. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. If this Proposal is accepted, Bidder proposes, and agrees, that Bidder shall provide the Products to the Owners not later than December 31, 2024.
