Site work for a road / highway in Highlands, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Proposals must be sealed and marked Proposal for 2024 Pole Replacement Project. The Town of Highlands reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Inquiries regarding the proposals may be directed to Matt Shuler, MIS/GIS Director at (828)526.2118 ext. 1101. Each bid shall be accompanied with a certified check, cash, or cashiers check payable to Town of Highlands, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed under the laws of North Carolina to execute such bonds in the amount equal to five percent of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
