No definite date for the rebid.** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes the demolition and alteration of the Fanwood FORESTROADPARKBUILDING storage room wall, installation of a generator, installation of HVAC, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. The last day for questions prior to the bid is January 23, 2024. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 60 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed.
