The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to remodel Station 7-9 West Lakes Ambulance Bldg., located at 1250 S. Spring Drive, near mile 51-1/2 W. Parks Hwy. The remodel will include adding rooms for sleeping quarters, adding a new kitchen, fire suppression upgrades, new flooring, paint, various plumbing and electric upgrades, and finishing carpentry to include shelving, doors, and trim.
