Questions Due Date: Dec 28th 2023, 5:00 PM AKST Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to inspect, evaluate conditions and provide recommendations for the Port MacKenzie barge dock wharf and deep draft dock, and their associated corrosion protection systems, located at 28000 S. Don Young Rd. Wasilla AK 99654. All Bids has been rejected. The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is rejecting all proposals received in response to the aforementioned solicitation. This action is consistent with article 12 of the instruction to proposers and in accordance with MSB 3.08.260(F). This action has been taken due to insufficient funding. The MSB will reevaluate the scope and issue a new request for proposal contract opportunity at a later date. The Matanuska-Susitna Borough appreciates the time and effort, which your firm put into preparing a proposal for this project.
