As of February 22, 2024 this project was awarded to Black Jack Energy Services, LLC with the awarded amount of $1,458,942.42 Chisholm Hills Phase 2- Roadway Improvements The referenced project which involves the roadway reconstruction and ditch grading within the Chisholm Hills Subdivision. Roads include: Lange Way, Hilltop Trail, Aydelotte Court, Chisholm Hills Drive and Chisholm Hills Court. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of Total Amount Bid must accompany each Bid. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Document note: As of now, PDF copies will be the only way these bid documents may be obtained, if hard copies are needed accommodations may be made but there will be a charge for printing and mailing of Bid Documents. The project consists of approximately 24,000 SY of asphalt pavement, 26,000 SY of base work, 18,000 SY of ditch grading and 34 LF of box culvert installation.
