Design And Development Of 250kw Generator And ATS Bid/bids shall be accompanied with a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond with Power of Attorney (Money Orders or Letters of Credit WILL NOT be accepted) in the amount not less than 5% made payable to the St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal District. The St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal District reserves the right to reject any bid for just cause in the best interest of St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal District.
