Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pecos, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the construction of a 47,510-square-foot educational facility; and 1,018-square-foot educational facility.

This is the second of a multi-package project consisting of the demolition, reconstruction, and renovation of Pecos High School in Pecos, Texas. Please see below for a breakdown of all packages and associated work for this project. Each package will be bid separately, as the entire project is phased over a five-year duration. This project consists of the construction of a new 47,510 sf Field House and a new 1,018 sf Softball Concession Building for Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD in Pecos, Texas. Please refer to the list of Proposal Packages out for bid below for specific trade work included in the project. Bidders will provide one lump sum bid for all work in the project. Accounting-only breakouts will be requested between the Field House and Softball Concession Building. Bidders are required to submit BTC trade-specific bid forms and scope of work reviews. These forms will be posted no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Company letterhead quotes are welcome but must be attached to a BTC bid form and scope review form. Interpretations provided by the Architect shall not change the requirements of the Contract or the Contract Documents. If the Contractor determines that the Architect's response to an RFI gives cause for a change in the Contract or the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall promptly, within 5 working days, give written notice to the Architect of request for adjustments.
