Bidder shall submit satisfactory qualifications and experience listed above on Attachment M, Bidder's Statement of Qualifications and Business References. Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 4104, each Bid Proposal must include the name and location of the place of business of each subcontractor who shall perform work or service, or install work for the prime contractor in excess of one-half of one percent (1/2 of 1%) of the bid price, using Attachment E, List of Subcontractors, included with the Bid Documents. The District has evaluated subcontracting opportunities for this Contract and determined that such opportunities exist and has established an SBE contract-specific goal of 22%. Bids must be accompanied by a deposit either in the form of cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bidder's Bond, as described in the Contract Documents, which shall be applied to damages sustained by the District if the successful Bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract awarded to it.
