All bidders shall submit the Pre-award DBE Commitment Approval Request form(s) to the Municipality NO LATER THAN FIVE (5) calendar days after the bid opening. This is a requirement of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, Participation of DBEs. Any bidder that fails to submit the required DBE forms within the required time will not be eligible for contract award.
