OVERVIEW The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for CONSTRUCTION services described in the scope of work describe below. The place of performance will be at the Richmond VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. The project requires the contractor to completely prepare the site for building operations, demolition and removal of existing structures, and to furnish labor and materials as needed to perform the work required by the drawings and specifications.
