The Village of Wellington Aquatic Center Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving The Village of Wellington in the new construction of the Aquatic Center. Subcontractor bids are being solicited to complete the work as described below. The work includes the construction of two new pools and a locker/office and support building on a brownfield site. Trades required include but are not limited to: sitework including earthwork, storm, sanitary, domestic and fire water, paving, fencing, landscaping and irrigation; termite control; concrete; block masonry; structural & misc. steel and railings; finish carpentry; cabinetry; caulking & waterproofing; doors & hardware; aluminum storefront and windows; glazing; drywall; ACT; ceramic tile; resilient tile; carpet; paint; specialties; pre-engineered metal bldg w/standing seam roof; competition and recreational pools; fire suppression; plumbing; HVAC; electrical, communications, safety & security systems.
