PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of replacing two existing Energy Recovery Units (ERUs) with new Energy Recovery Units, and integrating them into the existing Trane Controls system and AHUs they service. All mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal work to be included as outlined in the prepared plans. Controls work will be a sub-contractor to the prime bidder (Trane is current controls system). TYPE OF BIDS: Single Lump Sum Bids will be received for the Work being included under the Contract. BONDING REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount of 100 percent of Contract Amount. WAGE DETERMINATION REQUIREMENTS: Contract is subject to compliance with the applicable Schedule of Prevailing Wages issued by the "United States Department of Labor" and "Federal Prevailing Wage Rates."
