Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The general nature of the work is as follows: Mill and overlay of existing pavement at the parking lot on the west side of the United Township High School (UTHS) campus, the existing pavement will be repaired as needed to fix grading or drainage issues and then milled and overlaid with new asphalt. Accessibility improvements will also include replacement of existing exterior ramps and sidewalk, but will not encompass any modifications to the building, doors, etc. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The work shall commence June 3, 2024, and must be substantially completed by July 31, 2024.
