Project Location: 1275 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline, Illinois, 61244 BCZ No. 2023287-3 Start of Construction for Pool Boiler (First Day of Spring Break) Monday, March 11, 2024 Substantial Completion for Pool Boiler (Last Day of Spring Break) Friday, March 29, 2024 Substantial Completion for Boilers Other than the Pool Boiler and Doors Friday, July 26, 2024 Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders questions received up to two (2) business days prior to conference. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. A certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of maximum bid shall accompany each bid as guarantee that if bid is accepted, the Bidder will file proposed contract and bond within ten days after being notified of acceptance of bid.
