T23-2879 The Contractor must pay Prevailing Wage Rates for all work as required by Illinois Law. The Notification of Award will be on, or about, Friday, March 8, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the bidding procedure, or accept the Bid that in its opinion will serve its best interest. Any such decision shall be considered final.
