Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a transportation facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a 250,000-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The project consists of site improvements, construction of a new 250,000 square foot two story building, and both partial demolition of and renovation of existing building(s). Preapproval Forms are only being accepted for the work scope packages listed below: BP007A - Roofing BP007B - Roof Tie-Off System BP008C - Overhead Doors BP009A1 - Exterior Stud/Framing/Gyp Assemblies BP009A2 - Interior Stud/Framing/Gyp Assemblies BP009A4 - Exterior Metal Panels Any/all questions are to be submitted electronically. Questions can be submitted at any time but must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on January 30th, 2024. Responses to questions received will be published as a clarification document and postedto Building Connected by 5:00 PM on January 31st, 2024.
