Renovation of an educational facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
construction/repair and/or installation of the following improvement(s) - East High School Bleachers and Press Box Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or certified credit union share draft in a separate envelope in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. See Division 00 Section Instructions to Bidders for additional information and full description of bid bond requirements and process. Work under the proposed contract shall be commenced immediately after the award of the contract and shall be completed and ready for operation not later than 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed, subject to any extension of time which may be granted by the Board of Directors. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interests of the Des Moines Independent Community School District.
