Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Caddoa, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of April 15, 2024, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for Repairs to facilities caused by 2023 Storm Damage. The intent of t he Contract is t o provide for t he construct ion and completion in every detail of t he work described. The Contract or shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment , tools, transport at ion and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Special Condit ions, Plans, Specifications and terms of the Contract . 1. Demo all existing metal roof assembly and dispose of legally off-site, ensuring that building is dried in every evening. Contractor will be responsible for any water intrusion damage. 2. Repair any damaged/wet decking, using pressure treated lumber. Contractor to include 5% decking replacement in Base Bid. 3. Furnish and prime decking with VOC-compliant SA Primer at .5 gallons per 100 square feet. 4. Furnish and install new R-Mer Seal rubberized selfadhering underlayment throughout field, valleys, ridges and penetrations. 5. Furnish and install new complete R-Mer Span standing seam metal roofing system per the project-specific drawings provided by The Garland Company. 6. Furnish and install new 24ga Kynar guttering and downspout, fascia and edge trim metal. 7. Furnish and install new galvanized roof vents per roof system manufacturer's shop drawings. 8. Detail all penetrations, terminations and transitions per roof system manufacturer's shop drawings. Project is estimated between $400k and $500k.
