The bids will be for furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, fees, expertise, and services necessary to The base bid will be for furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, fees, expertise, and services necessary for the removal of septic tanks and the connections to municipal sewer for restroom facilities in four (4) County parks: Okeeheelee Park, Lake Ida Park, Caloosa Park and Gulfstream Park as well as associated appurtenances including site restoration of affected areas. The bid includes an Alternate Bid 1 for John Prince Park and Alternate Bid 2 for Morikami Park. These improvements are necessary as part of the continued restoration and repair of the parks infrastructure in Palm Beach County and will eliminate the septic maintenance cost and eliminates the risk of the septic to fail.
