Sealed bids will be received for Parts & Labor to Repair Stetco Catch Basin Cleaner Units It is the intent to purchase parts and labor to repair Stetco Catch Basin Cleaner Units utilizing parts catalogs and manuals as produced by the manufacturer. No bid shall be withdrawn or price increased for a period of forty-five (45) days after being publicly opened and read. The Islip Town Board reserves the right to waive any formality and/or informality or to reject any or all bids received or to award a contract to one or more bidders for an item, group(s) of items or all items of the bid, when, in the opinion of the Town Board such an action will be in the best interest of the Town. In the event bids are rejected or no bids received, the Purchasing Department is authorized to re-advertise for bids.
