Reference Number 0000339764 The Douglas County Board of Commissioners (Board) is requesting proposals for services of a qualified janitorial service company with verifiable experience to provide janitorial services at the coroner building located at 8595 Club Drive, Douglasville, GA 30134. The extent of the work will include, but is not limited to, basic cleaning services, floor care maintenance, and quarterly specialized services. The supplier shall provide all personnel, equipment, cleaning supplies, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the janitorial services as described herein. Question Acceptance Deadline 01/26/2024 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % No bid will be received and accepted after the above specified date and time of the bid opening. Bids submitted after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the bid opening and all bids shall remain firm during this period. *Douglas County reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bid, and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded.
