Scope of work - part A Bridge deck replacement and rehabilitation fought road (c.r. 106) over ohio turnpike m.p. 86.6, shannon road (c.r. 234) over ohio turnpike m.p. 93.0, carley road (t.r. 202) over ohio turnpike m.p. 94.7 Sandusky county, Ohio Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the Commission. Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply to this Project. Failure to certify a commitment to meet the SBE Goal or failure to satisfactorily demonstrate Good Faith Efforts used to attain SBE participation for this project shall be grounds for the Commission to consider the Bid nonresponsive and may cause the Bid to be rejected. Pollution Liability Insurance is required under GC Art. 12.1.3 for this Project. Bids will be received for this Project, which includes the following: Replacement of bridge decks, superstructure replacement, bridge deck joints, bearings; sealing of constructions joints; performing concrete weatherproofing; culvert rehabilitation; maintenance of traffic; and all other items incidental to the completion of work. All Work is to be performed as per the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents for this Project.
