Reference Number 0000339725 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for Plumbing Services at various buildings owned, rented, leased or otherwise controlled by the City, or at any other facility as ordered by the City. The primary users of this contract will be the Building Services Bureau of the Department of Environmental Services; however, other Departments and/or Divisions may utilize the contract for the services described herein. Based on recent past experience, the City anticipates an annual expenditure of approximately $350,000 to $450,000 for the services described herein.This is not a guarantee however, and only those services actually required shall be ordered. The total amount of services ordered under this contract may not exceed $450,000 over the term of the contract, without a written authorization from the Purchasing Agent increasing that not-to-exceed amount. This contract contains an optional incentive program for employing qualified City Residents. Information about this program can be found in Section 3 and required documentation forms are included in Appendix B. MWBE Goals.
