*Project Estimate: $5,340,804 This Project consists of the improvements to 2024 State Touring Route Milling and Resurfacing Project, between West Main Street (Churchlea Place to W Broad Street), Churchlea Place (12 Churchlea Place to West Main Street), and South Plymouth Avenue (Genesee Street to Ford Street). In the event that the City shall require certified supporting data regarding the qualifications of the Bidder in order to determine whether the Bidder is a responsible Bidder, the Bidder will be required to complete and furnish a Confidential Questionnaire within forty-eight (48) hours of the request by the City Engineer or Purchasing Agent. The scope of the work consists of the milling and resurfacing of the pavement surface, upgrading curb ramps and sidewalks, replacing deteriorated curb, installing new concrete bus pads, replacing drainage structure frames, grates, and manholes in poor condition, upgrading the portions of the traffic signals at West Main Street and Jefferson Avenue, adding traffic signal back plates at various locations, mill and resurface and widen Churchlea Place from 12 Churchlea Place to West Main Street.
