Provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for overlaying approximately 193,000 square feet of 1-1/2" asphalt over the existing asphalt cart paths at Weibring Golf Course on the campus of Illinois State University. There will be limited and isolated removal and replacement of failed asphalt prior to the placement of the new asphalt. Refer to the technical specifications for a complete, detailed breakdown of the base bid stipulated sum based on unit pricing for this project.
