This project includes: Mechanical and electrical system replacements. Interior remodel and finishes. 1. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 2. Work under this Contract includes: a. Building Enclosure: 1) Roofing systems patching existing built up roofing system. b. Interior Finishes: 1) Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions, concrete block. 2) Floor finishes of carpet, VCT, resilient sheet goods, porcelain tile. 3) Wall finishes of paint, porcelain tile. 4) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board, gypsum board soffits, linear wood look metal ceiling. 5) Plastic laminate casework, HM doors and frames, access panels, hardware, glazing, toilet accessories, markerboards, tackboards, display cases, signage. c. Mechanical Systems: 1) Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. 2) Heating including piping, piping insulation. 3) Ventilation to include, air handlers, fan coils, ductwork, duct insulation, chilled water piping. 4) Temperature control system. d. Electrical Systems: 1) Distribution panels, conduit and wiring. 2) Interior lighting 3) Low voltage work to include: communications and data. 4) Fire alarm. 5) Security
