Both Residential and Building Davis Bacon wage determinations, along with the State of Minnesota Commercial prevailing wages for Hennepin County are applicable to this project for a total of three included wage determinations. Contractors are responsible for reviewing all three wage determinations for this project and ensuring any covered employees on this project are paid the highest rate contained in the three included wage determinations for the classification of work being performed.
