This project is subject to prevailing wages and are required to be paid to any covered workers on this project. Both Residential and Building Davis Bacon wage determinations, along with the State of Minnesota Commercial prevailing wages for Hennepin County are applicable to this project for a total of three included wage determinations. Contractors are responsible for reviewing all three wage determinations for this project and ensuring any covered employees on this project are paid the highest rate contained in the three included wage determinations for the classification of work being performed. Owner reserves the right to reject Contractor's measurement of work-in-place that involves use of established unit prices and to have this work measured, at Owner's expense, by an independent surveyor acceptable to Contractor. The Minnesota Department of Human Rights has many resources available including a template Affirmative Action Plan and Policy that can be used or assist bidders in creating their own plan and policy.
