This project is a new construction single family home. TCHFH is looking for qualified companies to bid on: Sitework Gu6ers SolarPower Concrete - Structural Concrete - Flatwork Insula9on - Spray Foam Fdn. Waterproofing HVAC Drywall Hanging Sewer & Water Plumbing & Finishing Roofing Electrical Carpet. Foundation work is scheduled to begin winter 2024. All other work will follow Summer 2024. project specification for start dates for each type of work. This project will be partially funded with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds and must comply with all HUD requirements.
