The meeting will be held in the Carriage House at the south end of the property. The door to enter is on the east side of the building. c. Please bring your own PPE for the Pre- Bid Meeting. Addenda will be added as they become available to us. Contract: Donlar reserves the right to prequalify subcontractors before awarding a contract. Subcontractor/Material Supplier agree that Donlar's Standard Subcontract Agreement shall be the prescribed subcontract form without modification. By submitting a proposal, Subcontractor/Material Supplier acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Standard Subcontract Agreement.
