Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Naughton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Tender includes: - Removal and replacement of toilets, lavatory sinks and faucets, lavatory cabinets, mirrors, exhaust grilles and urinals for both the men's and women's washrooms. - New LED light fixtures and LED strip lighting at all washroom mirror locations. - Removal and replacement of triple sink, refrigerator, range, hand sink, exhaust grilles, millwork and storage shelving with countertops in kitchen. Dishwasher, grease interceptor to be inspected for re-use. Hood fan to remain. - Installation of new water fountain outside women's washroom. - Installation of new acoustical wall and ceiling panels in the multi-purpose room. - New interior painting, caulking, wall base and vinyl sheet flooring (as per Room Finish Schedule). - Rough carpentry and new cabinetry.
