A. Price: All invoice terms shall be Net 30 days unless a payment discount is extended. No price changes will be permitted during the term of the contract. B. Bidder's Understanding: The successful Bidder understands the following: The City of St. Charles will place orders for asphalt mix on an as needed basis only and the City does not guarantee the purchase of any specific quantity during the contract period. The City will pick up asphalt mix from Bidder. Bidder shall be responsible for loading asphalt mix into City vehicles/equipment. In the event it is necessary to revise any portion of this IFB, addenda will be provided to all Vendors who received the original IFB via the City's website.
