Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Needham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of but not limited to: Remove and reconstruct bituminous parking lots on Seabeds Way (SBW). Remove and reconstruct bituminous and concrete sidewalks. Construct ADA compliant curb cuts. Pavement markings. Regrading, loam, and seed. Remove existing and install new precast concrete curb. Clean catch basins. Install erosion control measures. Construct dumpster pad and install fence enclosure. Remove and reconstruct (reclaim) portion of Captain Robert Cook Drive (CRCD) drive aisle and one parking lot. Cleanly sawcut existing asphalt. Work on Captain Robert Cook Drive (CRCD) is an Alternate Deduct.
