Scope of work shall include the following: Construct an outdoor amphitheater at Big Pine Community Park with raised concrete stage and power outlets in the general locations identified in Exhibit A. Questions Due Date: Feb 5th, 2024, 5:00 PM EST Concrete stage shall be a trapezoidal shape to compliment shelter structure design and desired corner location. Amphitheater construction shall include the purchase and installation of one RCP Shelter Structure selected per the proposal in Exhibit A or approved equivalent. RCP Shelter proposal includes shelter materials and design of shelter and column foundations. The desired concrete stage is not included in shelter structure plans and will be the responsibility of the Contractor to supply necessary construction documents required for review, approval, and permitting. Concrete Stage shall be approximately 500 square feet in area and 1-foot in height with continuous six inch (6") high steps/stairs along front and sides of stage. An ADA-compliant access ramp near backside of stage will be required. Amphitheater shall have one outdoor rated electric outlet installed at each column via conduit in slab on a dedicated 50-amp circuit. Contractor will be responsible for coordination and purchase of shelter structure, any design and construction documents required to construct the concrete stage, stairs, ADAcompliant ramp, and the supply of appropriate electrical service. Acquisition of all required permits will be the responsibility of the contractor. It is highly recommended that bidders visit the site to determine electrical availability and location. The park shall remain open to the public during execution of the work. The Contractor shall complete work with as minimal impact to the public who may be utilizing other areas and features within the park during construction. As such, Contractor should plan the staging of materials and work areas with safety of the public in mind. Work areas must be secured at the end of every workday.
