Site work and new construction of a civil project in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
River Road Lift Station: Construction of a new lift station consisting of precast concrete wet well, valve and meter vault, new submersible pumps, piping, valves, flow meter, force main, new electrical power and control equipment, site work, and other work as indicated in the drawings and specifications. On the Green Lift Station: Construction of a new lift station consisting of precast concrete wet well, valve vault, and meter vault, new submersible pumps, piping, valves, flow meter, force main, new electrical power and control equipment, site work, and other work as indicated in the drawings and specifications. The Contractor's bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check shall be in an amount of 5% of the Contractor's bid amount made payable to the Treasurer of the City of Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The work shall be Substantially Completed on or before July 25, 2025, and ready for Final Completion on or before September 30, 2025, subject to any extension of time which may be granted by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Owner.
