There are three options to the scope of work for the Collier Park Spring House. Bidding contractors must submit a bid that includes the cost for each option with all work described below. Base Bid Option 1 - Prime and paint all exterior areas as-is. Exterior areas include exterior plaster walls, half-timbering, exterior trim, fascia boards, eaves and exterior face of doors. Do not disturb existing paint coating or plaster walls - no chipping or other methods of removing existing coatings. Alternate Option 2 - Remove existing paint to exterior plaster walls, half-timbering, exterior trim, fascia boards, eaves and exterior face of doors. Prime and paint as-is all the areas mentioned in the previous sentence. Alternate Option 3 - Remove existing paint to exterior plaster walls, half-timbering, exterior trim, fascia boards, eaves and exterior face of doors.
