Special Material Testing Henderson County is accepting qualifications for the HCPS Upward Elementary Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing Services. This facility will be located on Henderson County Public School property at 45 Education Drive, Flat Rock, NC 28731. This project is to renovation and addition project to the existing Upward Elementary School and the project is inclusive of demolition of existing areas, renovation to existing structures as well as new construction. All proposals must demonstrate compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law and Henderson County policy, including e-verification, terms and conditions and other requirements. As a general guide to prospective proposers, the RFQ Selection Procedures adopted by the North Carolina State Building Commission, appropriately modified for use by Henderson County, will be employed in this process Henderson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the goods and services, for its intended use as allowed by law and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of the County.
