The proposed Public Safety Training Facility is a new pre-engineered metal building for Henderson County and Blue Ridge Community College in Flat Rock, NC and the project includes all the trades necessary to complete the sitework and building construction. Henderson County requests proposals to provide the necessary materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to construct the BRCC Public Safety Training Facility Building as defined in the project drawings and project specifications. The project will be turnkey and include all surveying, site prep, landscaping, and any other identified components required to provide a complete, finished, and acceptable project Henderson County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. General Contractors may obtain 2 sets on deposit, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing may obtain 1 set on deposit. The full plan deposit will be returned to those bidders provided all documents are returned in good, usable condition within ten (10) days after the bid date. All others must purchase plans. Obtain any required permits. Restore all disturbed areas affected by the work and remove trash daily. Work schedule limitations, if any, will be discussed at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting. Furnish the necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to complete the required work as outlined, per drawings and specifications as provided by Clark Nexsen Architects, and per the pre-bid meeting directions/instructions.
