The bonds shall be in the full contract amount. SCOPE OF WORK Blue Ridge Community College is seeking proposals for a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, materials, traffic control, supervision, disposal fees, permits, inspections to replace the roof located at the Killian building on the campus of Blue Ridge Community College. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
