Blue Ridge Community College Ceiling Tiles Project. Method of Award: All qualified bids will be evaluated and award or awards will be based on the lowest responsive bid meeting written specifications for the Henderson Building Ceiling Tile Project. Blue Ridge Community College is seeking proposals for a turnkey project to convert existing 2'x4' ceilings to 2'x2' and make grid repairs, provide new grid in select areas, provide and install new tiles, dispose of all tiles being replaced in Henderson Building. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. While the intent is to award a Contact to a single Vendor for all line items, The State reserves the right to make separate awards to different vendors for one or more line items, to not award one or more line items or to cancel in its entirety without awarding a Contract, if it is considered to be most advantageous to the State to do so. Any Vendor with an E-Procurement Services account that is in arrears by 91 days or more at the time of the bid opening may, at the State's discretion be disqualified from further evaluation or consideration. The State reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received. Question Deadline 08/19/2024 at 4:00 PM ET
