The City of Naperville is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced Phase III engineering firm to provide construction engineering services for a capital improvement project within the Columbia Street corridor. The City is utilizing local and ARPA funds to complete this work. The City is requesting a consultant to perform the inspections for, and documentation of these capital improvement projects according to the documentation standards established by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT).
